Eat lots of salads and soups and as much whole foods as you can.
Make it Your Summer Time Fling
When the weather is nice and the birds are chirping is your best time to start the master cleanser diet. This will give you your best chance of getting out into the sun and imbibing on summer rays and going for nice walks.
